OTN – Visit in Erfurt, Germany

EKPEDEFTIKI PAREMVASI is participating the the Cooperation Partnerships (KA210-VET) Small-Scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training [2023-1-PL01-KA210-VET-000158944].

For the implementation of  Action I of the project (International action on training and learning partners in Germany)

The first meeting of partners was held from January 18 to January 21, 2024. Organizer meeting point was FAV Service Gotha.

The aim of the meeting was to examine:

• an approach based on the example of the Land of Thuringia (D) to providing specialists in professions IT specialist and electrician, taking into account specific skills as a condition for implementation digital and energy transformation,
• ways to increase the attractiveness of VET education at ISCED 3-4 in context needs of EU policies,
• planning needs in VET education (D) in the IT and electrician professions,
• including people with fewer opportunities in VET education,
• FAV’s good practices in terms of orientation and preparation of members for digital and energy transformation, 
• assessment of the possibility of incorporating the learned solutions into everyday practice.

Representatives of OTN (PL), FAV (DE) and EPKA (GR) participated in the meeting.
