About the project

Why are we implementing the project?

A horizontal problem is the need to increase the number of education participants professions: electrician and IT specialist.

The problem of the energy transformation is the shortage of specialists. Politics in Poland, Germany and Greece assume acceleration in the field of energy neutrality is associated with an even greater demand for specialists in the above-mentioned professions provide lasting places on the European labor market. The partnership wants to establish and direct transnational cooperation in the field of VET in in the development of education in the IT and electrician professions.

Project goals:

  • learning how to increase the attractiveness of the professions of the future and the importance of education VET in the context of EU challenges through the exchange of experiences,
  • creating a forum for cooperation and exchange of innovative practices and experiences in the field ways to focus and adapt VET education and training, good practices under in terms of digital and energy transformation and incorporating the learned solutions into everyday life practices
  • mutual learning of cross-sectoral cooperation increasing the connectedness of the stage education and employment and the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities.

What do we want to achieve by implementing this project:

  • exchange experiences on ways to increase the attractiveness of professions the future and importance of VET education in the context of EU strategic challenges,
  • determine the importance of VET education in the fields of IT and electrical engineering as the key to the success of EU policies on digital and energy transformation
  • create a forum for cooperation and exchange in increasing stage connections education and employment and how to incorporate the solutions learned into everyday life practices.
