Partners Meeting in Thessaloniki, March 2025
On March 10th and 11th, Ekpaideutiki Paremvasi hosted partners from Germany and Spain for the Erasmus+ EmpowerHer project in Thessaloniki.
During the meeting, we focused on the latest developments and the next steps of the project aimed at strengthening the professional integration of migrant women through innovative educational methods.
The meeting centered on the use of new technologies and practices, such as Virtual Reality (VR) and specialized professional language courses, to support refugee women in learning language skills and enhancing their ability to integrate into the labor market.
Key highlights of the meeting included: Progress Review:An update on the development of tools and training programs aimed at enhancing women’s language skills and improving their access to the job market.
Innovation Strategise: The implementation of innovative teaching methods, such as Virtual Reality (VR), to practice the professional language skills required for improving professional integration.
Action Plan: Presentation of the project’s Action Plan and review of the next steps for its implementation. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with optimism for the future steps of the project, which aims to create a better professional future for refugee and migrant women.
